Booking Instructions:

You must fill in the New Client History Form linked at the top of our booking site. 50% of your service total will be charged during booking as a holding deposit. You will pay the remaining balance at the end of the appointment.

Late Policy:


In the event that you are late to your appointment, the duration of the service will be adjusted. Any arrivals past 20 minutes will not be serviced and you will lose your initial deposit.

If you arrive past the grace period, your appointment will be cancelled. The amount paid will not be applied to your next appointment. This policy still applies even if you call in to let us know you will be arriving late.

Rescheduling Policy:

Rescheduling your appointment time/day within 24 hours is considered a last-minute cancellation. The amount paid will not be applied to your next appointment.

This policy still applies to appointments that are scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time. This policy still applies to those requesting an earlier/later time on their appointment day.

Reschedules can be done with the email confirmation you receive 24 hours before.

Cancelation Policy:

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will lose their deposit & any amount paid will not be applied to your next appointment.

This policy still applies to appointments that are scheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time.

Please Read:

Do not use any exfoliants like AHA/BHA, benzoyl peroxide, retinols 3-4 days prior/following your facial.
